Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, including client scheduling, policy reviews, and follow-ups
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Manage life insurance applications and back-office processes (licensing preferred)
- Assist in business development initiatives and seminar coordination
- Handle LinkedIn and Instagram for professional outreach (a plus)
- Enable the advisor to focus on meetings by managing administrative tasks
Qualifications: - Highly organized, proactive, and excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle client interactions with confidence
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or real estate is a plus
- Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed in life insurance preferred, or willing to obtain licensing
