Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including client scheduling, policy reviews, and follow-ups
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Manage life insurance applications and back-office processes (licensing preferred)
  • Assist in business development initiatives and seminar coordination
  • Handle LinkedIn and Instagram for professional outreach (a plus)
  • Enable the advisor to focus on meetings by managing administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Highly organized, proactive, and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle client interactions with confidence
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or real estate is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Licensed in life insurance preferred, or willing to obtain licensing
