Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and events while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing effectively.
Act as a liaison to executives, ensuring the most efficient use of their time by managing and protecting their schedules.
Organize both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Manage and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Work closely with other administrative assistants to schedule collaborative meetings and provide backup assistance as needed
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with various administrative projects and tasks as required by the team or executives.
Profile
- At least 1-3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment like financial services.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
