Pay: $22-25/hr
Key Responsibilities: - Document Management: Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, invoices, and schedules.
- Communication: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and training sessions. Maintain project calendars and timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control of facility spaces and coordinate with vendors to ensure building systems are functioning properly.
- Data Entry: Track change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittal packages. Develop and maintain technical lists such as phone/email lists and project-related forms.
