Levine & Reid is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide thoughtful support to both individual and business clients. The ideal candidate will be trainable, comfortable with a variety of mainstream softwares and technologies, and a problem-solver who is able to adapt to industry and process changes. Duties: - Account set up and servicing of investments
- Review all applications for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner
- Assist with document and marketing materials for employee benefits segment
- Prompt and professional organization skills
- Project management with an understanding of prioritization
- Various administrative and marketing duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Industry or similar experience, preferred
Salary: $20-25/hour (commensurate with experience); with 6-month review
