Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $26/hr Position Overview: We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the leadership and office staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about making daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and internal documents
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
  • Order office supplies and handle vendor coordination
  • Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support special projects and company events as needed
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Experience in professional services.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
