Administrative Assistant for utility projects. Must be capable of performing a wide range of clerical/administrative assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision. In addition, have the ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.

- Ability to parse data and present in a meaningful format, analytical capabilities related to project financials and budgets
- In addition, has ability to anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
- SAP experience
Requirements: - Minimum associate degree
- Create PowerBI Dashboards, strong excel skills, and experience in Smartsheet's.
- Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint Expert. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Construction and Project Management or bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
