Title: Administrative Assistant / Administrative Coordinator
Pay Rate: $19.19/hr. on w2 without benefits

Work Hours: 7 HOURS BETWEEN THE CORE WORK HRS 7A-5P ; lunch period (Unpaid): 1/2-1 HR

Job Description:Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): - Computer, Copier & Scanner.
Computer software to be used: - Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & MYLO.
Interview Mode: - Virtual Interview (Zoom or Teams).
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: - Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively, strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work with electronic file management systems and navigate application workflows.
Job Duties: - Execute administrative duties which include preparing applications and complaints for Board review and processing.
- Attend Boards meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Accomplishes specific administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
