Job Description
Informa TechTarget is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Account Manager to
join our team. This role will focus on intent data solutions and partner sales, working closely
with strategic partners and Informa TechTarget revenue teams to maximize growth and
expansion of intent data solutions with key customers. Our customers are transforming their
go-to-market (GTM) and revenue strategies through the use of data solutions and we want you
to be an essential part of helping them and our organization to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and grow existing client base: Expand new offerings and intent data use
cases, including AI Agents, AI, propensity modeling, and revenue transformation.
• Drive intent product revenue: Achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships: Understand customers' data needs and business
objectives to foster long-term partnerships.
• Perform strategic outbound to essential personas: Establish yourself as a trusted
resource for data science, Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge: Stay updated on the complete capabilities of our
expanding solution offerings.
• Convert customer challenges into opportunities: Identify and leverage customer
challenges to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline: Forecast opportunities to meet quota objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work with Product Innovation, Marketing, and other
groups within Informa TechTarget to provide customer feedback and drive revenue
opportunities with strategic accounts.
• Source pipeline and close revenue: Partner with enterprise sales teams on partner-
influenced opportunities.
• High degree of autonomy and accountability: Play a central role in expanding Informa
TechTarget's leadership position in B2B purchase intent.
• Strategic partnership: Assist Account Directors in driving data and intent revenue
within key customer accounts.
Qualifications: Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B account management/account
executive roles.
• Interest: Strong interest in data science, AI, or data modeling, GTM frameworks
• Relationship building: Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships.
• Analytical skills: Demonstrated analytical and computer skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch
customer service approach.
• Team collaboration: Ability to work successfully in a team environment, including
technical & customer success, Product Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, and
Field Marketing.
• Problem-solving: Creative problem-solving approach.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in selling intent and/or data technology
