Position Description
We are looking for an energetic and passionate consultant to help redesign the patient experience for millions of consumers across North America who will benefit from the work you will do. This is a remote role to work in central-time hours, be part of a growing Client team at this pharmacy client, and be in a position where you can learn more about the pharmacy world through this role and exercise your creativity with UI and UX.

Your future duties and responsibilities
This role is for an experienced Zebra Technology coder / developer to update dozens of existing artifacts with new designs for pharmacy artifacts such as vials, pamphlets and other items that are distributes to millions of patients monthly. Your ability to easily code and develop in ZPL will be matched with your experience in performing UI and UX design with platforms such as the Adobe Suite and Figma. You can stretch beyond Zebra UI/UX with also extending into pharmacy KPI and Reporting with exercising your creativity to develop new and modernized reports to provide key reports to executives, pharmacy technicians, and centralized fulfilment employees. Your reports will help gamify the pharmacy experience to showcase key metrics that will gamify the experience for different facilities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must be skilled and experienced with Zebra technologies, coding with the Zebra syntax, have pharmacy experience and pharmacy related Zebra technology, know how to edit existing designs, building new designs, and loading / adjusting designs in the Production environment for these to be appropriately printed for vials, pharmacy pamphlets, and over 30 other artifacts created in a pharmacy.
You will have UI/UX experience with Zebra design, in addition to reporting in tools such as Power BI. Your UI/UX design suite will include experience in Adobe and Figma.
You are collaborative and willing to learn new processes and work across multiple cross-functional teams as needed to complete a design, approval, and Production release.
You are a team player willing to take constructive feedback and bring energy to the work you'll perform.
