What you will be doing
- Spearhead dynamic workshops that cultivate crucial life skills-from commanding public speaking to unshakeable resilience and seamless teamwork

What you will NOT be doing
- Drowning in paperwork or spending hours grading assignments-our AI handles the academic heavy lifting
- Creating rigid lesson plans or adhering to outdated, one-size-fits-all curricula
- Lecturing endlessly in front of a whiteboard-your role is to inspire, coach, and facilitate, not to talk at students
- Managing classroom discipline issues-our program fosters engagement and self-motivation
- Working within the constraints of traditional school hours-we optimize learning time for maximum impact

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field-we value diverse perspectives and experiences
- Commitment to work on-site at our Bastrop, TX campus, shaping the future of education in person
- Proven track record in coaching or motivating young people (e.g., as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or mentor)
- Demonstrated history of high achievement in academics, athletics, or professional endeavors
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire and engage both students and colleagues
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Passion for educational innovation and a drive to redefine traditional learning paradigms
