Key Responsibilities Your mission is to be the driving force behind our students' accelerated success, creating and implementing personalized learning pathways that enable gifted learners to complete high school-level education by 8th grade. You'll serve as their mentor, champion, and guide, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their academic potential through our innovative learning approach.
Candidate Requirements- A proven track record of exceptional academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, Presidential Scholar, Academic Olympiad winner, prestigious scholarship recipient, or successful dual enrollment experience)
- Previous success in educational leadership, mentoring, or coaching roles
- Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools effectively
- Outstanding verbal and presentation abilities that inspire and engage
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, TX location
