What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to be the driving force behind our students' accelerated success, creating and implementing personalized learning pathways that enable gifted learners to complete high school-level education by 8th grade. You'll serve as their mentor, champion, and guide, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their academic potential through our innovative learning approach.

Candidate Requirements
  • A proven track record of exceptional academic achievement (e.g., National Merit Scholar, Presidential Scholar, Academic Olympiad winner, prestigious scholarship recipient, or successful dual enrollment experience)
  • Previous success in educational leadership, mentoring, or coaching roles
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools effectively
  • Outstanding verbal and presentation abilities that inspire and engage
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, TX location
