Strike a pose-and a new career. Gaylord Pacific is searching for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused
Part-Time Yoga Instructor to help our guests find their breath, their balance, and maybe even their best vacation ever. If you're someone who loves sharing the benefits of yoga, radiates calm under pressure (or in Warrior II), and believes that wellness should feel as luxurious as it is accessible-this role was made for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Guide guests through safe, fun, and rejuvenating yoga sessions-indoors, outdoors, or wherever the ocean breeze takes us.
- Lead classes for all experience levels with a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free energy.
- Create a calm, inspiring environment where guests can unwind, recharge, and reconnect-whether they're first-timers or daily yogis.
- Set up and break down class spaces with care and intention (bonus points if you can carry mats with zen-like grace).
- Answer guest questions with a smile, offer modifications when needed, and represent the Gaylord Pacific vibe with every interaction.
- Keep safety and professionalism top of mind-always.
️ What We're Looking For:
- Certified yoga instructor (RYT-200 minimum preferred).
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified before starting).
- Experience teaching yoga to diverse groups with various skill levels.
- A warm, positive presence and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to teach early mornings, weekends, and holiday classes.
- Someone who's comfortable teaching in unique settings-think poolside patios, ocean-view lawns, or sunrise decks.
Perks of Teaching at Gaylord Pacific:
- Be part of the pre-opening team at a stunning new coastal resort.
- Work in a peaceful, scenic environment that inspires both guests and staff.
- Connect with guests from around the world and help them create memorable wellness experiences.
- Collaborate with a passionate team that values wellness, hospitality, and fun.
