An excellent school in Southport is working in partnership with Hays Education in order to find a Year 2 teacher to join them after the Easter break for a term-long cover role. They are a small primary school at the heart of their community with an excellent reputation in Southport.
Your new role
As a Year 2 teacher, you will take on the responsibilities of a full-time class teacher. You will need to plan, prepare, and deliver exciting lessons, whilst assessing your pupil's progress. The school use Read Write Inc as their phonics scheme, so prior experience using it are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher status

Must experience working in Key Stage 1

Must have experience using Read Write Inc Phonics
