Job Title: Business Analyst- Banking and Fintech Domain

Location:Aliso Viejo, CA (X days Onsite)

Duration: Long term Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional Expert with a strong background in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Fintech. This individual will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and partners, providing strategic direction and domain expertise to influence product development and market offerings aligned with the U.S. Banking landscape.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Fintech software product development.
• Must Experience with Core Banking Systems (ideally one or more):
  • Jack Henry
  • FIS - IBS or MBP
  • FISERV DNA
• Exposure to digital banking, payment systems, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and agile product development.

Required Skills:

• Strong business analysis skills in banking (especially Deposits or Loans domain).
• Expertise in core banking platforms (FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, fintech innovation, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
