Xsoar Consultant

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a XSOAR Consultant to join a National Security Contract located in Colorado Springs, CO through 100% full onsite presence . The XSOAR Consultant will act as a trusted advisor with clients to ensure ease of integration with the Cloud security product and troubleshoot. The XSOAR Consultant will also prepare guides for business continuity, present technical information to non-technical personnel, and develop KPIs for customer success teams in order to measure performance. Responsibilities of the XSOAR Consultant include: Lead the setup, integration, and deployment of automated security systems within a customer's network Proactively resolve concerns and innovate around new product integrations for improved security solutions Translate complex technical data into user-friendly guides, internal and external Train customer-facing teams on the Cloud products Develop KPIs, understand critical success factors, and continuously monitor performance Qualifications of the XSOAR Consultant include: Experience with security automation platforms and orchestration tools (SOAR), IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint solutions in large environments Experience with cybersecurity threats, internet protocols, and security tools, with hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and operations Project leadership driving security initiatives, documenting workflows, and enabling teams in a SOC environment Some Linux or Unix and network troubleshooting experience Active secret clearance Compensation for the XSOAR Consultant includes: Salary Range: $120,000-135,000 depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, PTO, sick leave as required by law
