Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and follow up on leads provided and to drive sales.
- Scope retail remodeling and restoration reconstruction work effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction and 3 years in sales. Minimum of 3 years Xactimate experience.
- Skills: Exceptional ability to scope retail remodeling and restoration projects.
