WW Print Marketing Campaign Coordinator
Description - Job Summary As a Campaign Coordinator, you are equal parts creative and operationally minded, focused on delivering engaging customer-first content. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across the customer journey, optimized through multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, PR & Communications, Social, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
This role is responsible for executing marketing communications strategies within the assigned business area, adhering to established policies, standards, and direction. The role involves developing insights-led new product introduction campaigns and assets, alongside ensuring close collaboration with the business and regional marketing partners. The role also includes leading the definition, testing, and execution of customer-facing value propositions, overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, and leading the creation of marketing materials in alignment with the brand's guidelines.
Responsibilities - Campaign Development: Collaborates with global and regional marketing teams to support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that align with key business priorities.
- Asset Creation: Develop and oversee the production of various campaign assets, including digital content, social media graphics, videos, email templates, eTail / retail activation and print materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Agency Management: Works closely with approved creative agencies, creating a collaborative and respectful culture with our partners that yields great work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams to gather insights, feedback, and regional considerations for tailored messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Develops clear test and learn plan to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, ensuring we continue to innovate and elevate the quality and craft of our storytelling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
- Market Research: Partners with Global Insights and Home Print Brand Strategist to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies and asset development.
Education & Experience Recommended - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Experience executing marketing activities in Retail and eTail to inform and convert customer.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The base pay range for this role is $82,800 to $125,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
