Location
•   W.V.U. Medicine in Morgantown West Virginia
Shift Details
•   Site Manager will work and support both their morning and evening drivers working the shifts listed below
•   This will be a set schedule , working five days weekly Monday - Friday Site Manager Operating Hours
•   Morning Shift
•   Monday - Friday
•   5:30am - 9:30am
•   Evening Shift
•   Monday - Friday
•   4:30 pm - 8:30pm
Minimum Requirements
•   Over the age of 21years old.
•   A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
•   Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
•   Possess a clean driving record
•   Possesses a valid, in-state, active driver's license (No temporary licenses or permits accepted.)
•   At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
•   Must be comfortable/have experience with driving shuttle Buses or large vehicles. Key Responsibilities
•   Daily training, coaching, and development of team
•   Create and manage the schedule of direct reports
•   Assist team with all daily shuttle services.
•   Establish and maintain a friendly working relationship with hospital staff and management
•   Use weekly customer service metric reporting to deliver a white-glove customer service experience
•   Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
•   Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, or claims with the appropriate HR representative
Key Responsibilities

When Shuttling guests
•   Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
•   Answer guests' questions regarding offices or department locations.
•   Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off patients, visitors, and guests.
•   Assists patients, visitors, and guests on and off the shuttle when help is needed.
•   Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the shuttle. When not shuttle driving for guests
•   Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
•   Assist guests by opening doors, handling luggage, wheelchairs/walkers, and assisting with entering or exiting the shuttle
•   Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all patients, guests, and team members
•   Answer guests' questions regarding medical offices or department locations.

As the Site Manager for our Shuttle Driving Team, you will set the tone for your team, and ensure operational excellence superior patient/guest experiences are held to the highest standard within your location. You will lead by example and ensure that your team maintains a " people come first" mentality, as they strive to be the embodiment of customer service while interacting with, guests, facility staff, and your fellow teammates: Welcoming patients, guests, and hospital staff as you pick-up/ drop-off along your assigned route you will go above and beyond with your efforts to make their experience a memorable one. Answering questions regarding how to get around in the hospital and assisting individuals with mobility challenges, are just some of the ways you will elevate the patient experience.

Job Responsibilities

•   Will operate a laptop/tablet daily to manage communication, run reports, complete trainings, and check-in guests vehicles
•   Create and manage the schedule of all direct reports

•   Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class hospitality/valet services
•   Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a high bar for what customer service looks like for your team
•   Effectively build relationships with patients, guests, and hospital staff.
•   Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, or claims with the appropriate HR representative
•   Always maintain proper staffing levels to ensure superior customer service and operating standards are met through proper scheduling and "in the moment" coaching of your team

When Shuttling guests

•   Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off patients, visitors, and guests.
•   Assists patients, visitors, and guests on and off the shuttle when help is needed.
•   Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the shuttle.
Position Requirements
•   A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
•   At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
•   Over the age of 18 years old
•   Have possessed a clean driving record for the past 5-years.
•   Possesses a valid, in-state active driver's license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted.)
•   Will pass all onboarding screening processes
•   Work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
•   Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role
•   Move with urgency and speed
•   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•   Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
•   Can communicate clearly/effectively and able to motivate/lead a diverse team
•   Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•   Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
•   This role will require continuous sitting/driving throughout the entire shift, engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
•   Physical involvement may include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
•   Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
•   Bi-lingual (not required but a plus.)
•   Drive a manual transmission (not required but a plus)
•   Other duties as assigned
