WTC Service Advisor

Wallwork Truck Center, a subsidiary company of Wallwork Inc., is currently hiring for a Service Advisor to join our team. If you are interested in working for a successful company and great working environment, this is the place for you.

This position is responsible for generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule of work flow. This position is also responsible for communicating with customers regarding post-repairs and new service work, work well within a team, and maintain regular attendance.

Qualified applicants will have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D, previous service advisor experience preferred, excellent customer service skills; ability to pass a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle report required.
