About the Agency: The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services has a position available within the Division of Human Resources Core Processing, located at the State Office. The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) is committed to protecting and nurturing Mississippi's at-risk children and families. About the Position: Proof documents for quality and accuracy; prepare requisitions and order supplies; draft and type correspondence, agendas and forms; organize and maintain files; respond to incoming calls; receive and distribute mail; assist with the planning and implementation of special projects; prepare and organize meetings and scheduled events; communicate with various individuals and entities; compile data for required reports; maintain confidentiality; and perform related or similar duties as required or assigned.MUST Be able to work in Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, and Smartsheet's
