Responsibilities: Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans Educate patients and families on best practices to promote healing and wellness Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process Other duties as assigned by Supervison Qualifications: Wound Care experience required Prior experience in long term care required Education/License: Current Wisconsin licensure or Compact License as RN Registered Nurse WCC Certification Glendale Care & Rehab is an equal opportunity employer.
