Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Seeking full-time physician assistants and nurse practitioners for in-person wound care roles in skilled nursing facilities across the US.

•  Provide patient-centered wound management, collaborating with nursing staff, and documenting in Electronic Health Records.

•  Shifts typically Monday-Friday mornings, with flexible scheduling; charting can be done off-site.

•  Must hold valid state-specific PA/NP license, DEA license, and have EMR experience; prior SNF experience preferred.

•  Compensation up to $165,000/year plus bonuses, benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k), insurance, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage.

•  Physical requirements include mobility within facilities, lifting up to 25 pounds, and effective communication skills.
