As a Workshop Manager, your responsibilities include supporting our customers to deliver on their promises by ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly. You will oversee daily workshop performance, develop a results-oriented team of Vehicle Technicians and workshop staff, uphold high technical and quality standards, drive innovation to reduce vehicle downtime, and ensure excellent customer service.
