Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the new factory renovation and equipment installaton.
• Participate in production planning and production cost budgeting;
• Manage and set up the entire production process to ensure product quality and on time delivery ;
• Maintain a safe production environment;
• Coordinate with production internal and external key stakeholders;
• Recruit, train, and manage a production team with 3-4 operators to ensure stable production.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years operation experience in small production sites, and possess strong organizational and management skills;
• Be responsible, have execution ability, be enterprising, have strong learning ability, and team spirit;
• Prior to have experience conveying equipment or conveyor belts production;
• Chinese Communication ability is a plus.
