What will I be doing?
You'll be joining the People Team at Kaluza - a team of around 20 spread across London, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Melbourne.

You'll be the architect of our workplace strategy, ensuring every touchpoint, from our London HQ to our international hubs in Bristol, Edinburgh, DC, Melbourne, and Lisbon, resonates with the Kaluza spirit.

You'll be responsible for
- Global Workplace Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with our company culture and values, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations.
- Bristol HQ Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bristol office, including inventory management, new starter support, and access control.
- Technology Partnership: Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure the smooth functioning of desk setups, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
- Internal Communication: Proactively communicate workplace updates and initiatives to all employees, fostering engagement and awareness.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Develop and maintain workplace processes, including health and safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement.
- Events: Coordinate and support office events, including client meetings, social gatherings, and DE&I celebrations.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring consistent service delivery and value.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives within our offices, contributing to our environmental goals.
- Budgeting: Assist the Head of People Experience with annual budget planning and management.
About You
You'll have:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in workplace or office management within a fast-paced environment
- Office Renovation/Fit-Out Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to office renovation or fit-out projects
- Collaborative Relationship Building: You cultivate strong, positive relationships, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Hands-On Mentality: A practical and hands-on approach, with a willingness to tackle any task.
- Strong Organisation: Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to create welcoming and positive experiences.
- Event Coordination & Execution: Experience in planning and executing successful office events, ranging from small team gatherings to large-scale company celebrations.
