Overview:
We're looking for a Workforce Planning (WFP) Specialist to design and mature WFP capabilities within our IT and project environment. You'll help shape strategy, drive adoption, and integrate WFP into broader planning and prioritization processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and improve workforce planning processes from the ground up.
- Lead organizational change efforts and promote the value of WFP.
- Support phased improvements like skills tracking and costing.
- Implement WFP functionality in various PPM tools.
- Document WFP processes and best practices.
- Define and track key WFP metrics and KPIs.
- Integrate WFP data into project and IT prioritization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in workforce planning, ideally in IT.
- Experience with PPM tools and WFP implementations.
- Strong change management and communication skills.
- Ability to coach teams and drive process adoption.
- Knowledge of resource forecasting, skills, and capacity planning.
