Workforce Management Analyst - HVAC Forecasting & Scheduling - Location: Richardson, TX
- Pay: $70K - $75K DOE ($33 - $36/hr)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Workforce Management Analyst to handle forecasting, scheduling, and reporting to optimize contact center performance. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for direct hire for the right candidate.
What You Get to Do: - Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Forecast call volumes and staffing needs using data trends and analytics
- Create and manage agent schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service levels
- Provide workforce strategy recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor agent schedule adherence and adjust plans as needed
- Work closely with front-line leaders and dispatch teams to improve workforce efficiency
- Support budget-related tasks related to workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with SLA metrics and performance targets
What You Need to Succeed: - 2+ years of experience in a Workforce Management Analyst role
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills (experience with call center metrics preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, graphs), Power BI, and workforce planning tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills to report findings to leadership
- Background in finance or business performance analysis is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed for transitions or special projects
- Bachelor's degree or WFM certification from an accredited institution preferred
