Trustpoint.One is proud to partner with a prestigious national law firm in their search for an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their Wilmington, DE office on a direct-hire basis

Their diverse client base includes leaders in construction, technology, healthcare, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and municipal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and organize complex case materials, including medical, financial, tax, and employment records
  • Prepare detailed medical chronologies and summaries
  • Conduct comprehensive research using discovery documents, transcripts, databases, and other resources
  • Manage case files, court dockets, and legal documentation with precision
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
  • Draft correspondence, reports, indexes, and case updates
  • Communicate with expert witnesses and analyze qualifications, prior testimony, and published work
  • Provide additional litigation and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Delaware workers' compensation law is required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in legal research, file management, and case tracking
