Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and e-file with courts
- Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys and court representatives
- Must have knowledge of Worker's Comp Law
Requirements:
- MUST have 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
