We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team. In this role, you will not only take depositions and make appearances at the WCAB but also:
- Manage cases of varying complexity from start to finish
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of cases
- Negotiate and settle both cases-in-chief and lien disputes
- Prepare pleadings, reports, and other legal documents
- Oversee all aspects of workers compensation litigation
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a workers compensation defense attorney (preferred)
- Proactive and client-focused approach from assignment through resolution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams
- Active California State Bar license and member in good standing

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000.
Exact compensation will depend on skills & experience.
