Job Details

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in MD required (DC, DE. VA, or PA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Experience with employer liability claims a plus.

Knowledge of maritime disputes, complex general liability, professional liability, construction litigation, property damage claims, and transportation.
