Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia
  • At least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation defense law
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Skilled in conducting depositions and managing discovery
  • Passion for workers' compensation litigation

Additional Information

Compensation is based on experience, with all Associate Attorneys eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on billable hours. This role is primarily in-office, with a preference for attorneys to be onsite at least four days per week. Remote work opportunities may be available after gaining a strong understanding of the firm's systems and team processes.
