Job Details

We're on the lookout for an adept Applicant Attorney with a background in Workers Compensation to join our esteemed law firm situated in Orange County. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing, evaluating, and progressing a caseload of around 200 files.

As the leader of a dynamic team, including an accomplished case manager and a legal assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing various legal proceedings such as depositions, status conferences, MSC's, expedited hearings, lien conferences, and trials.

Excellent organizational and self-motivational skills are paramount for success in this role. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial, aligning with our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
