Workday Systems Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Systems Administrator to support and optimize our Workday platform across key functional areas. This hybrid role based in Minneapolis will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing modules including Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Security, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, performance, and usability, while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Administer and maintain Workday modules: Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Security, and Recruiting
•  Troubleshoot system issues and manage updates, integrations, and enhancements
•  Support end users with reporting, permissions, and training needs
•  Ensure data accuracy and security compliance across all modules
•  Partner with HR and IT teams to implement new features and workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
•  3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
•  Expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Payroll, Security, and Recruiting modules
•  Strong understanding of system integrations and reporting
•  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
