IntePros is looking for a Workday Financial Systems Administrator to join one of our growing insurance clients in Conshohocken, PA. The Workday Financial Systems Administrator will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of our financial system (Workday). This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining reports within the system with general maintenance. While this role reports to the Controller and is a member of the Finance team, there will be some cross over with HR and IT Teams, with shared duties from time to time.

Workday Financial Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
Financial Integration Support within Workday:
  • Daily data transfers for C1 environment
  • Ledger Integrations
  • Banking Integrations
  • Bank Key maintenance
  • All general daily maintenance of financial integrations
  • FIN EIB creation, testing, and support
  • Roles & Security
  • Management of General Ledger
  • Management of FIN organizations & hierarchies
  • Bonus: Report Creation & management
Shared Service responsibilities, shared by both Finance, IT and HR:
  • Role Assignment & maintenance
  • Creation, testing, & maintenance of Security Groups
  • Bi-Annual Release Prep & Testing
  • Login assistance & maintenance of Workday accounts
  • Business Process Change Requests
  • Domain Security Policy Maintenance
  • Ledger and business structure maintenance and enhancement

• Provide sound recommendations for system enhancements, while streamlining current processes.

Workday Financial Systems Administrator Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance Workday Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions and formulas for data analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to configure and/or support Workday based on business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve, anticipate problems proactively.
  • Keen attention to detail when analyzing and interpreting data/issues.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated. Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lead and handle tasks without direct authority and oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
