  • Workday Extend: 6+ months of hands-on experience with at least 1 deployed application
  • Workday Integration/Application Development: 5+ years of experience
Preferred Experience:
  • Workday Extend: 1+ year with 3+ deployed applications
  • Workday Integration Toolset/Application Development: 5+ years
  • Workday System: 5+ years
  • Experience working in Higher Education
  • Experience with benefits administration processes and/or Workday configuration
Key Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Workday Extend
  • Technical expertise to design, build, and deploy a custom application
  • Basic understanding of UX principles to create intuitive and user-friendly applications
Preferred Skills:
  • Data modeling and storage
  • Database management (SQL)
  • API usage for data exchange
  • Understanding of Workday's security model
  • Basic UX knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
