Job Description

Title: Workday Business Analyst
Location: Albany, NY.
Duration: 6-month CONTRACT TO HIRE
Citizenship: US Citizen or Green card holders

Experience and Skills required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HRIS or Human Resources.

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst II.

• 3-4 years of strong functional and technical experience in two or more of the following modules within the Workday HCM Suite:
o HCM Core
o Data Analytics
o Recruiting
o Payroll/ Absence
o Talent & Performance
o Adaptive planning and Peakon.

• Workday Business Process Design and Integrations experience.

• Proven relationship building and collaboration skills.

• Ability to look beyond current issues and prepare and plan for long term solutions that support business vision and objectives.

• High degree of competency with product and project management skills.

• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and business/IT partner collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to perceive patterns and relationships between technologies, processes, and business models, in order to create original concepts and theories, and to think creatively
