Workday Analyst Workday Analyst to Assist with resolving tickets in HR Technology queue and mailbox, investigate and resolve issues quickly and with high customer satisfaction. Escalate any tickets to Senior Mgr HR Technology as required.
- 5+ years of HR Information System Management experience; Workday HR system knowledge, process, procedure and best practices
- 5+ years of global experience implementing and supporting HCM applications; desired areas of expertise include Core HCM (Onboarding, Hire, Termination, Change Job, Compensation), Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Absence
- 3+ years of experience with Workday Security configuration and creation of complex Reports
- Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills
- Ability to learn new technology and concepts quickly with excellent analytical/technical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task easily and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating and tracking testing sessions (SIT, UAT, etc.)
- End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Day-to-day production support of live Workday environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project; SharePoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent
