Now Hiring: Senior HRIS Workday Analyst (Onsite - Full-Time)
Location: Onsite in Katy, TX area (no remote flexibility)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst with deep expertise in Workday and HRIS processes to join a forward-thinking manufacturing organization that is committed to innovation and operational excellence. This is a key onsite role supporting a dynamic HR team in a company that delivers high-impact products to the consumer goods space. What You'll Do:
- Serve as the Workday subject matter expert, overseeing system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting across multiple modules including HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system security across HR platforms
- Design and improve HRIS workflows and implement enhancements that drive process efficiency
- Generate advanced reports and dashboards to support people analytics, data-driven decisions, and leadership visibility
- Train internal HR users on system functionality and maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Lead end-to-end HRIS projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and external vendors
- Provide support to approximately 1,500 employees within a manufacturing and production environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with a strong emphasis on Workday
- Workday HCM certification required; additional module certifications a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets and deliver insights through Workday reporting
- Familiarity with HR operations in a manufacturing setting highly preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
