As our Customer Service Rep, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience team, ensuring every caller feels heard, valued, and supported. You'll manage inquiries, solve problems, and create moments of delight with every conversation. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude. Quickly assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions, from troubleshooting issues to scheduling services. Master our products, services, and systems to answer questions confidently and accurately. Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and smooth follow-ups. Foster trust and loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations. Identify and recommend additional products or services that enhance the customer experience. Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer care. What We're Looking For: You love connecting with others and have a natural ability to make people feel at ease. Resourceful and quick-thinking, you excel at finding solutions to a variety of challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly. Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRM platforms, and phone systems simultaneously. Stay calm and focused under pressure while handling high call volumes or escalated issues. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
