Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences? Were looking for a talented WordPress Webmaster to enhance our Digital and Marketing initiatives in our Norman office. You will be at the forefront of web administration, lead generation, and troubleshooting, ensuring our websites deliver top-notch performance and an outstanding user experience. In this role you will: Manage and administer the ISS STOXX WordPress websites, ensuring timely updates, security patches, and plugin installations. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to websites including themes, plugins, platform integrations, and web services. Collaborate with our stakeholders to develop and implement lead generation strategies, including the creation of landing pages, forms, and other client engagement initiatives. Become the gatekeeper establish and enforce a process for publishing and managing web content, including getting final approval sign offs from stakeholders. Ensure that all web content is optimized, accessible and are displayed consistently. It should adhere to our brand guidelines and standards. Optimize website performance, speed, and usability through best practices in web development and SEO. Conduct regular audits and make recommendations on how to maintain and improve the quality and performance of our websites. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients as needed. Qualifications: At least five (5) years experience as a WordPress Webmaster or Developer, with focus on website administration and maintenance. You must have a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin development, customization, and administration. Experience with lead generation strategies, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot and Salesforce). Solid understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL and other relevant web technologies. Work ownership, client-service, and excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Graduate of IT-related courses is preferred, but not required.
