POSITION SUMMARY:


We are looking for a WMS Support professional to join our Warehouse team in Clarksville, TN. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy between ERP and WMS systems, conducting cycle counts, troubleshooting WMS-related issues, and training warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate for the WMS Support role is someone who has a strong background in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure accurate inventory alignment between ERP and WMS systems.
  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts and research inventory variances.
  • Analyze and propose solutions to prevent inventory misalignments.
  • Train warehouse personnel on using WMS systems.
  • Troubleshoot and monitor WMS and associated equipment (e.g., forklifts, handheld devices).
  • Maintain proper mapping of warehouse areas in the WMS.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Other duties related to WMS and inventory as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and ERP software
    • Ability to operate forklifts, swing reach trucks, and cherry pickers (certification preferred)
    • Strong computer skills for inventory updates and error resolution
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
    • Strong critical thinking for troubleshooting and improving processes
  • Communication Skills:
    • Clear verbal and written communication for training warehouse personnel and collaborating with teams
    • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure guides
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift
    • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 75 lbs) and operate various warehouse equipment
  • Experience & Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
    • Forklift certification or experience is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
