Prime Nashville is expanding and hiring a confident, customer-focused Wireless Sales Rep to represent AT&T at one of our top retail partner locations in Nashville. If you're passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and want to build a rewarding career in sales, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and engage walk-in customers inside the store
- Recommend the best AT&T products and plans based on customer needs
- Explain promotions and services clearly and effectively
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional and welcoming in-store experience
- Attend ongoing in-store training 4 times per week to sharpen product and sales knowledge
- Collaborate with your team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN
- Open to working 42 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- No sales experience required-just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
