Job Title: Wireless Retail Store Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales, exceeding customer expectations, and developing talent. This individual will be passionate about technology, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of the wireless industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Experience:
Drive sales performance and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross activations, accessory sales, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure a superior customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and building long-lasting relationships.
Create a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere that promotes a positive customer journey.
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and store goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Operations:
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns to the District Manager as needed.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of wireless products, services, and promotions.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Experience in the wireless industry is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve results.
Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
Bi-Lingual preferred
High ticket sales experience a plus
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
