Job Title: Wire Transfer Operations Associate
Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid preferred: Tues-Thurs in office, Mon/Fri remote)
Employment: 6+ month Contract
About the Role:
These individuals will help manage increased volume and exception processing ahead of a major ISO implementation. The team is responsible for reviewing, resolving, and processing both incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and efficiently, helping us maintain a high level of service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review exception and repair wire transfer items and determine appropriate actions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Follow detailed procedures to complete reviews and escalate as needed.
- Communicate with internal business partners to obtain missing information or provide updates.
- Utilize systems such as MTS (ACI Wire Transfer System) and Hogan (core banking) to research account details and process items.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborate with teammates and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and compliance expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in banking, financial operations, wire processing, or similar functions.
- Candidates with experience in retail banking/branch operations looking to transition into back-office support are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule:
- Hours may range from 6:30 AM - 6:15 PM CT, with staggered shifts to ensure full coverage.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, 40-hour work week.
