QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Skills: Windows infrastructure, SCCM, Ansible, PowerShell, Automations, Cloud
  • 5+ years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer designing, installing, and maintaining Citrix XenApp, NetScaler Gateway, Citrix Storefront, or Citrix Director
  • 5+ years experience working in an environment with complex networking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP)
  • 5+ years experience managing enterprise level Active Directory Structures
  • 5+ years experience creating and maintaining complex Microsoft Group Policy implementations
  • 5+ years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolution
  • 3+ years experience configuring and maintaining key services such as DNS, SFTP, SMTP, and NTP.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to be a team player
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • 5-8 Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and XenDesktop with multiple sites and farms.
RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain documentation of all processes associated with administration of Wintel environments and duties performed by system administrators
  • Work with the Engineering and Operations teams on the development of patches that will be applied to the Production system
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and reviewing complete system documentation
  • Assists in capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning on assigned systems
  • Performing audits and analysis of application environments for the purpose of ensuring proper configuration management and consistency
  • Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies
  • Oversees network/computer resources and installation of new equipment
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and trends, as well as new developments for the technologies deployed/supported
  • Interacting with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issues
  • Assist with team member training and continually look for areas of improvement while providing a high level of service delivery and systems administration
  • ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Monitoring and tuning appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance
