About the Role:

As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants across multiple locations, including Blue Springs, Independence, Shawnee, Lee's Summit, Raymore, and Barry. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. You will lead and mentor a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and teamwork. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment.
