Job Description: Ennoble First is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with Windows system administration expertise to support cloud-based systems and mission-critical operations. The Systems Engineer will focus on the operation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of geospatial cloud solutions and Citrix-based desktops in a cloud environment. Primary Responsibilities: Lead system changes and improvements across operational environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incident reports (INCs).
Recommend and implement configuration changes to optimize system performance.
Deploy security patches and bug fixes to test and operational environments.
Update critical databases with new data.
Author and update operational and security documentation including troubleshooting guides and SOPs.
Provide system engineering support for geospatial products.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Requires a BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline and 4+ years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 2+ years, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and Polygraph.
DoD 8570 Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent or higher).
Microsoft Windows Server administration experience.
Citrix administration experience.
Experience completing security remediation tasks based on vulnerability scans.
Knowledge of Systems, Architectural, Software Development, and Software Sustainment practices.
Proficient in cloud and virtualization environments (Cloud, SOA, Web-Services).
Familiar with AWS architectures and technologies (S3 Buckets, EC2, Reserved Instances, etc.).
Familiar with Git/GitLab and source control tools.
Familiar with system engineering documentation creation (e.g., VDDs, diagrams).
Familiar with team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
Desired Qualifications: SAFe Agile Certification.
Citrix certifications.
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).
Pay Range: $100-135k The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
