Key Responsibilities In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Windows Systems Engineer, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: Working with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnets and masking, and routing protocols. Working in Local Area Network (LAN) environments. Working in Wide Area Network (WAN) environments. Designing, configuring and troubleshooting Routing and Switching systems such as Cisco. Routing Protocols to include OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. Gateway Redundancy Protocols to include HSRP and VRRP. Implementing L2 and L3 VPN across an MPLS network. Network security such as firewalls and ACL's. Creating network topology diagrams. Network IP address management. Building and maintaining Windows servers. Building, deploying and maintaining virtual servers using VM Ware. Using Active Directory suite of tools to manage computer objects, security groups, and access. Using Windows Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Services (DNS), and Site management. Using Active Directory Sites and Services to configure subnets Using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to install software on servers and workstations and for troubleshooting software and patch failures. Deploying and managing McAfee EPO, McAfee Antivirus, and McAfee Drive Encryption (MDE) products across a geographically disperse enterprise network. Deploying, operating, and maintaining data transfer tools such as Aspera. Deploying and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Using Active Directory Replication & Topology Management. Highly Desired Qualifications Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include: Explaining protocols, technical procedures and processes clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences. Software Defined Networking technologies, such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T. Load balancing technologies, such as F5 BIG-IP and Citrix Netscaler. DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS
