BS and 5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator
Active FS Poly clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+)
DTA Certification or willingness to obtain What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT issues
Monitor and maintain client/server, storage, network, and mobile systems
Assist users with accessing and effectively using IT systems
Optimize system operations and plan for capacity and performance
Support system implementation and day-to-day maintenance
